ABDULLAH FAUZI DATO HAJI AHMAD RAZALI
EXECUTIVE CHAIRMAN

• Abdullah Fauzi is the son of a former Perak’s State Assemblyman was born in Kampung Gajah. He received his early education in Teluk Intan and then continued his studies in Ipoh. With the qualification of Sijil Tinggi Persekolahan. As a former small trader in Ipoh and with a little bit of army experience from joining Pasukan Simpanan Askar Wataniah in early 80’s, he became involved in the security business. In 1989, he went to Kuala Lumpur andstarted a business as a used-car dealer while waiting for the Private Agency licence to be approved by Kementerian Dalam Negeri and started this business in 1991. Besides holding the position of the Executive Chairman, he is also the Principal of Sekolah Agama Ehyak, Kampung Gajah, which is a private religious school formed by his late father.

CAPT (RTD) HANAFIAH IBRAHIM
MANAGING DIRECTOR

• Born in Teluk Intan, Perak in 1958, Capt Hanafiah Ibrahim received his early education in Teluk Intan and continued his studies in the Armed Forces Apprentice Trade School, Port Dickson in 1974 until 1976. He then joined the army as an officer in the Infantry Unit. He left the service in the rank of Captain in 1991 after having accumulated 15 years of service experience. Capt Hanafiah joined Capvest Security in 1992. As a key man of the company his main responsibility then was to develop the company and was therefore personally involved and committed in the operations of the company. In 1998, Capt Hanafiah furthered his studies and graduated with a Diploma in Business study (Swansea) in a private college in Klang. His vast experience in managing the operations has greatly assisted him in steering the company into the era of emerging technologies.

CAPT (RTD) MOHD SOBRI
GENERAL MANAGER (HQ)

• Born in Kulim, Kedah and had his early education in Sek Men Sains Kedah . He then joined the Army after having been commissioned from the Royal Military College in Sg Besi, Selangor, in December 1979.He then served in the Royal Armor Regiment from 1980 to 1990. He has served as Military Intelligence Officer in Kudat, Sabah from 1990 to 1992 and later as Staff Officer Intelligence/Psyops in 1992 to 1994. He then left the army and joined a few security companies among which are Guardian Security, Tuah Guard, K & K Security and just prior to joining Capvest security as Operations Manager of the Vanguards services. He has experience in numerous security environments such as high rise buildings, Electronic Factories, manufacturing Plants and Residences. He has also special training in Close Protection/Executive Protection, anti Hijacking and Tactial shooting techniques by Ex UTK Trainers. His experience in marketing as well as operations greatly assist him in Security Management, Marketing and Operations of Capvest Security.

HJ MOHD SAUFI BIN IMAM DIN
GENERAL MANAGER(PERAK)

• Born in Kampar, Perak, Tuan Hj Saufi had his early education in Sek. Melayu Kampar from 1960 to 1964 before joining The Royal Malaysian Police (PDRM) in 1965. Whilst in the PDRM he had attended numerous courses locally as well as overseas and served in various appointments and the last was Officer In Charge of Police District in Perak Tengah where he retires in the year 2000. Joined Capvest Security Sdn Bhd in the year 2000 immediately upon retiring as the Branch Manager of Perak Region and due to his experience and loyalty to the company he was promoted as the General Manager for Perak in the year 2001.

MAJ (RTD) HJ AMIR ABDULLAH BIN MOHD HASSAN
GENERAL MANAGER(SABAH & SARAWAK)

• Born in Penang, Maj Hj Amir is a Graduate from UITM in Business Administration with Honours in Marketing. He is currently the General Manager Sarawak & Sabah Region for CAPVEST SECURITY. In the Army Maj Hj Amir specializes in Tank and Armored vehicles. He has attended various military courses locally and abroad (UK and Australia). Served in United Nations Military Observer in Croatia and Liberia West Africa. Have served in various military organisation as Troop Leader, Instructor, Adjutant, Squadron Leader and Second in Command. After 23 years serving nation Maj Hj Amir left the service and joined WIRA SECURITY as the 1~ Branch Manager. Due to his ability in Marketing, Management & handling operations with various companies and government agencies such as Shell Timur, Diethelm, Road Builder, DBKU, Inst. Latihan Perindustrian and many others he was promoted to Senior Manager Operations, Sarawak in 2004. He joined CAPVEST SECURITY in 2005 as General Manager Sarawak & Sabah, responsible for the development and expansion of Business in this region.

MAJ (RTD) ZULKIPLI BIN A. MALIK
GENERAL MANAGER – SOUTHERN REGION

• Born in Kuala Pilah, Negeri Sembilan, Maj (Rtd) Zulkipli is an Ex – Army Officer with 6 years experiences in security services industry. He is currently the General Manager Southern Region for CAPVEST SECURITY. In the Army Maj (Rtd) Zulkipli specializes in fighting echelon roles and tasks as an infantry officers. He has attended various military courses. Served in United Nations Peace Keepers in Bosnia Herzegovina in 1995. Have served in various military organisation as platoon commanders, instructor, adjutant, company commander and second in command of Infantry Batalion. After 27 years serving the nation Maj Zukipli left the service and joined ESPRIT Security as the Operation Manager, GENUINE Security as Operation Manager, Kaliber Security as Chief Operation Officer, S.A.S Security as General Manager and SRT-EON Security as General Manager – Southern Region. He joined CAPVEST SECURITY in February 2009 as General Manager Southern Region, responsible for the development and expansion of Business in this region.
